Ingredients
- 6 russet potatoes
- 2 polska kielbasa
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 seasoning salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 salsa and grated cheddar cheese for topping
Method
- Peel and rinse potatoes.
- Dice potatoes and onion
- Put oil in frying pan.
- And potatoes.
- Cook about five minutes then add the onion.
- Then the seasonings to taste.
- While that cooks slice the polska kielbasa.
- When potatoes are half way done add the kielbasa.
- Cook until done.
