Ingredients
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb. roll hot sausage
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans clear chicken broth
- 1 c. rice
Method
- Saute onion and bell pepper.
- Add sausage.
- Cook until done. Drain grease off sausage.
- Bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Pour over rice and sausage mixture in baking dish.
- Salt to taste. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
