Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 sweet pepper, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 cans cream-style corn
Method
- Brown sausage and pepper; drain.
- Add to beaten eggs and corn. Bake in greased dish; dot with butter.
- Add 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing on top.
- Butter the crumbs.
- Bake at 350° until bubbly.
