Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 c. Minute rice
- 2 c. water
Method
- Boil water.
- Add rice and let set.
- Brown sausage, onion and bell pepper in frying pan.
- Drain grease on paper towels set into colander.
- In medium bowl, mix eggs, soup, milk and cheese.
- Add sausage mixture and rice.
- Bake in casserole dish for about 45 minutes at 350°.
