Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage meat or links
- about 2 lb. baked and peeled sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
Method
- Shape sausage meat into small patties and brown lightly on both sides (or links lightly browned).
- Slice sweet potatoes into 3/4-inch thick rounds and arrange in a baking dish.
- Dot with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Place sausage on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
