Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 4-5 large peaches (3 cups chopped)
  • 1/3 cup craisins
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 3 1/2 TBSP pectin
  • 2 cups sugar

Method

  • Zest the orange and lemon with a zester. Remove the white pith and seeds of the orange and lemon. Place the orange and lemon pulp in a food processor and pulse until liquid. Put the pectin, chopped peaches, craisins, zested rind and fruit pulp in the jam maker. Follow directions for making jam with the maker. Add nuts with 1 1/2 minutes left on the jam maker.This makes 5 and 1/2 half pint jars.
