Ingredients
- 5 stick sausage
- 2 stick leek
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash dried parsley
- 2 tbsp garlic butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 small bottle of essence of chicken or 2 cups of any broth
Method
- Put oil and garlic butter on to pan with sausage and sear for 3 minute
- Add leeks and essence of chicken or any stock and let it simmer for another 3 minute
- Add seasoning and off heat top garnish
