Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 slices bread
- mushrooms
Method
- Brown and drain sausage.
- Beat eggs; add milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
- Place bread crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Crumble sausage over bread.
- Add cheese and mushrooms.
- Pour egg mixture over top.
- Refrigerate 8 to 10 hours.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
