Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed
- 1 can crabmeat
- 3/4 c Parmesan cheese
- 2-3 Tbsp mayonnaise
Method
- Melt butter in sauce pan.
- Add onions and saute until translucent.
- Add spinach.
- Add crabmeat and cheese.
- Mix thoroughly over low heat.
- Transfer to chafing dish and serve with crackers or melba rounds.
