Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) can crescent rolls
- 1 (8 ounce.) Brown and Serve sausage
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tbsp. green pepper
Method
- Press rolls into bottom and sides of 9x13 inch baking pan to create crust.
- Arrange sausage over crust.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, mixing well.
- Pour over cheese.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min.
- Serves 5.
