Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) can crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 ounce.) Brown and Serve sausage
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp. green pepper

Method

  • Press rolls into bottom and sides of 9x13 inch baking pan to create crust.
  • Arrange sausage over crust.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, mixing well.
  • Pour over cheese.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min.
  • Serves 5.
