Ingredients
- 10 small cocktail sausage
- 1 small grated carrot
- 6 cup bak choy
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- in pan saute sausage with grated carrot for 1 minute then add water
- add bak choy and gently stir fry for 2 minute then add seasoning and mix well then off heat and serve
