Ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce) package chevre cheese, softened
- 1 12 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
- 12 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leave
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 12 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch sea salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- If made ahead of time and chilled, bring to room temperature before serving.
