Ingredients
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped pimentos
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Method
- Boil sugar, water and vinegar to hard rolling boil.
- Pour over salad mix.
- Let stand at least 24 hours.
- Can be kept up to 3 months, if refrigerated.
