Ingredients
- 1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained (set for 2 hours)
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. green pepper
- 1 small jar pimento
Method
- Add 1/2 cup salad oil and 3/4 cup sugar to sauerkraut and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, add celery, green pepper and pimento.
