Ingredients
- 1 large can sauerkraut, rinsed
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 small can pimento
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Bring last 3 ingredients to a boil.
- Cool.
- Pour over vegetables.
- Mix and marinate at least 5 to 6 hours.
