Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag sauerkraut
- 1 c. diced onion
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 2/3 c. vinegar
Method
- Heat sugar and vinegar together until sugar is dissolved. Pour over other ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Will keep in refrigerator for weeks.
