Ingredients
- 1 large can kraut
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 1 onion or more to taste, chopped
- 1 small can pimento, diced
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Drain sauerkraut.
- Put in a medium size bowl.
- Add other dry ingredients and mix well.
- Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Pour over dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Chill for several hours.
