Ingredients
- 1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small can pimientos
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
- 2 c. diced celery
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Keep in covered bowl in refrigerator.
- This is very good with fresh vegetables or meat. Will keep for days.
- Serves approximately 16.
