- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Brown beef,
- onions
- and
- garlic in skillet. Drain fat. Stir in tomato
- sauce,
- parsley,
- salt
- and
- oregano.
- In
- 8 x 12-inch shallow
- baking dish, layer the spaghetti, meat sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Makes 5 servings.
