Ingredients
- 1 (30 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Method
- Heat sauerkraut.
- Add sugar and vinegar.
- Heat through.
- Cool. Add to celery, onion, carrots and peppers.
- Mix well.
- Let stand overnight before using.
- Keep unused portion refrigerated.
