Ingredients
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. sugar (white)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- pinch of salt
- 2 large cans pears, drained
Method
- Place pears in baking dish.
- Combine all other ingredients in saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is clear and thick.
- Spread sauce over pears and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
