- 2 lb. mild Italian sausage
- 2 small finely chopped onions
- 2 lb. bag sauerkraut, drained and chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 4 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 8 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown sausage and onions; drain.
- Combine sausage, onions and other ingredients; mix well and chill overnight.
- Shape into balls; roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, then roll in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
