Ingredients
- 1 lb. mild sausage
- 1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- dash of pepper
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. grated onion
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Method
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Put sauerkraut in blender and chop up fine and drain.
- Put all ingredients in skillet.
- Add cheese to melt; mix well.
- Refrigerate 24 hours.
- Make into small balls. Dip in flour, egg and bread crumbs.
- Deep fry until golden brown in color.
