Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 Packages sauerkraut
  • 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 to 3 lbs. boneless or possibly semi-boneless pork blade or possibly rib roast
  • 3 c. water, more if needed

Method

  • Rinse sauerkraut and place in 5 qt pan.
  • Add in water.
  • Put in spices and sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Add in roast.
  • Cook till almost done on low heat for 4 hrs.
  • Remove roast, cold, cut into bite size pcs.
  • Add in to sauerkraut.
  • Mix 2 c. of Bisquick and 1 c. water and drop into sauerkraut and cook about 20 min.
  • Serve while warm.
