Ingredients
- 4 slices bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Soak bread in 1/2 cup water for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add eggs; mix well with ground meat, cheese, parsley, salt, oregano and soaked bread.
- Mix together well.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Fry evenly. Simmer meatballs in favorite spaghetti sauce.
