Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. dried minced onions
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 10 3/4 oz. can chicken gumbo soup
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown meat and onions in fat.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Serve on white toast or hamburger buns.
- Makes 6 servings.
