Ingredients
- 9 oz. fettucini noodles, lightly cooked
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/3 c. butter
- garlic to taste
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. half and half
Method
- Saute onions, butter and garlic.
- Add cheese, heavy cream and half and half.
- Bring to boil, stirring constantly and remove.
