- 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg substitute (such as "Egg Replacer," etc.)
- 1 cup sugar (turbinado)
- 12 cup applesauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 14 cup soymilk
- 1 34 cups rolled oats
- 12 cup raisins
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 34 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- With wet-hands (or a moistened cookie scoop) put heaping tablespoons of batter on a slightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- They will appear very soft after baking, but they will harden after they cool.
- Transfer the cookies to a plate after 15 minutes of cooling.
