Ingredients
- 1 (25.4 oz.) bottle Burgundy or other dry red wine, chilled
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 (10 oz.) bottle club soda, chilled
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a large pitcher, stirring to dissolve sugar.
- Add club soda just before serving.
- Serve over ice.
- Makes about 1 quart.
