Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Wash and slice mushrooms.
- Put in pan.
- Add vinegar, salt and boil 10 minutes.
- Drain and add oil and seasoning.
- Refrigerate.
