Ingredients

  • skinned boneless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • paprika
  • white pepper
  • lemon juice

Method

  • Cut the chicken breasts in half.
  • In one dish, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and parsley.
  • In another dish, melt the butter, plus 1 clove garlic (minced).
  • Take chicken pieces and white pepper both sides.
  • Put in butter and garlic. Roll in bread crumb mixture.
  • Roll up and toothpick together.
  • Put all rolled chicken in casserole dish.
  • Pour remaining butter
  • and garlic in casserole.
  • Squirt lemon juice over all chicken. Sprinkle paprika over it.
  • Put in oven at 350° for 1 hour.
