Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 halibut fillets (1 lb.)
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Combine tomatoes, onions, cilantro and pepper; set aside.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add fish; cook 3 to 5 min.
  • until browned on bottom.
  • Carefully turn over; top with tomato mixture.
  • Cook 2 to 3 min.
  • or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
  • Let stand 2 min.
  • or until cheese is melted.
