Ingredients
- 1 large tomato, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 halibut fillets (1 lb.)
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Method
- Combine tomatoes, onions, cilantro and pepper; set aside.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add fish; cook 3 to 5 min.
- until browned on bottom.
- Carefully turn over; top with tomato mixture.
- Cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
- Let stand 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
