Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small jar picante sauce
- 1 box velveeta shells 'n cheese
- 2 c. water
Method
- Brown ground beef.
- Pour off excess fat if any.
- Add water, picante sauce and shells.
- Bring to a boil.
- Allow to boil until shells are tender.
- Most of the water will be absorbed.
- Add cheese sauce and stir.
