Ingredients

  • 2 kg salmon
  • 150 grams edamame
  • 200 grams carrots
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method

  • Put salmon in a baking dish.
  • Bake it for 20 minutes, or until the fish is fully cooked.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • Slice the carrots and put in a pan with edamame and butter.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook it for a few minutes.
  • When the salmon is ready, add the vegetables to the baking dish together with the salmon.
  • Bake it for 5 more minutes.
  • It goes well together rice or some pasta.
