Ingredients
- 3 salmon steaks (1-inch thick)
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Method
- Salmon:
- Lay the salmon steaks in a skillet.
- Add water and sprinkle with salt.
- Heat on medium until water boils.
- Lower heat and cover skillet.
- Cook the fish 7 minutes.
- Lift the cooked salmon from the water.
- Place on a warm plate and remove skin. Serve with Lemon-Butter Parsley.
