Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes, diced
- 5 medium onions, diced
- 1 tall can salmon, deboned, dark skin removed and flaked
- 1/2 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tall cans evaporated milk
Method
- Place diced potatoes and onions in large pot; cover with water.
- Add salt, pepper and margarine.
- Bring to boil.
- Turn heat down; simmer an hour or so.
- Add salmon; cook about 15 minutes. Add milk; heat until very hot.
- Do not boil.
- Serve with saltines.
