Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Place salmon steaks in shallow pan.
- Combine oil, lemon juice, soy, dry mustard, ginger and garlic powder; pour over steaks.
- Let stand at room temperature 1 hour, turning once.
- Drain, reserving marinade.
- Place steaks on broiler pan.
- Broil 3-inches from heat for 5 minutes; turn and brush again.
- Broil 5 minutes more.
- Makes 4 servings.
