Ingredients
- 1 small bottle hot ketchup
- 1 small jar taco sauce
- 1 heaping tsp. brown sugar
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- pinch of dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 to 3 1/2 lb. stew beef
Method
- Add all ingredients to crock-pot and cook for 10 hours on low. Uncover for last hour to thicken.
- Shred beef and serve over buns. Freezes well.
