Ingredients
- Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Dill, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Capers, to taste
- Horseradish, to taste
- 1/2 bars Cream Cheese
- Cream
- 4 slices Dill Bread (you Can Use Any Bread Dark Or Rye)
- 13 pounds Thinly Sliced Smoked Salmon
- 1 bunch Clean And Stemmed Spinach
Method
- 1.
- Combine the first five ingredients.
- Add enough cream so that cheese will spread easily.
- 2.
- Place bread slices between pieces of waxed paper and roll until thin.
- 3.
- Spread cheese on bread, top with smoked salmon.
- 4.
- Top each slice with spinach.
- 5.
- Roll.
- 6.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill.
- To serve, slice each roll in about six pieces.
