Ingredients

  • Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Dill, to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Capers, to taste
  • Horseradish, to taste
  • 1/2 bars Cream Cheese
  • Cream
  • 4 slices Dill Bread (you Can Use Any Bread Dark Or Rye)
  • 13 pounds Thinly Sliced Smoked Salmon
  • 1 bunch Clean And Stemmed Spinach

Method

  • 1.
  • Combine the first five ingredients.
  • Add enough cream so that cheese will spread easily.
  • 2.
  • Place bread slices between pieces of waxed paper and roll until thin.
  • 3.
  • Spread cheese on bread, top with smoked salmon.
  • 4.
  • Top each slice with spinach.
  • 5.
  • Roll.
  • 6.
  • Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill.
  • To serve, slice each roll in about six pieces.
