Ingredients
- 1 7 3/4 oz. can Sockeye salmon
- 1/4 c. soft butter (can be omitted)
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender.
- Line a small bowl with Saran wrap and fill.
- Keep it refrigerated overnight. Turn out on a flat plate and remove Saran wrap. Sprinkle with nuts or parsley or paprika; olives are pretty on top also.
- Place crackers around plate before serving.
