Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Method
- Drain salmon; flake with a fork.
- Add cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and liquid smoke; stir well.
- Chill mixture several hours or overnight.
- Shape salmon mixture into a log.
- Combine pecans and parsley.
