Ingredients
- 1 can (2 c.) salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Method
- Drain and flake salmon; remove skin and bones.
- Combine salmon with next five ingredients and mix well.
- Chill several hours. Combine parsley and pecans.
- Shape salmon mixture into a log and roll into pecan and parsley mixture.
- Wrap in Saran Wrap.
- Chill well.
- Serve with crackers.
