Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. canned salmon, flaked and remove skin and bones
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Method
- Soften cream cheese; add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Form into a ball; roll in a mixture of parsley and chopped nuts. Chill; serve with crackers.
