Ingredients
- 5 oz. can of solid white albacore tuna, packed in water
- 40 g real mayonnaise (approx)
- 20 g diced celery
- 35 g diced pickling cucumber
- a sprinkling of onion powder
- baby spinach (raw)
- 2 torpedo rolls, or 4 slices sandwich bread
Method
- Drain the tuna and shred into small flakes with a fork.
- Stir in the other four ingredients.
- Spread on torpedo rolls or sandwich bread. Top with baby spinach.
