Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. medium/sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2/3 c. bread crumbs or crushed croutons
Method
- Cook cabbage until tender.
- Brown beef and drain.
- Drain cabbage well and add ingredients, except bread crumbs.
- (Save some cheese to mix with bread crumbs.)
- Spray casserole dish with Pam; pour casserole in.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs and remaining cheese over top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
