Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. celery
- 14 oz. can salmon
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. water
- 1/3 c. butter or oleo
- 1 c. creamed corn
- 5 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flour, stirred in with a little milk
Method
- Cook potatoes, carrots, onion, celery, salt, water and butter. Add corn, salmon, milk, Worcestershire sauce and flour with milk. Bring to boil and serve.
- Makes 3 quarts.
