Ingredients
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 egg
- 1 pound hamburger
- 3 saltine crackers
- onion flakes (as many as you like)
- 1 pound of spaghetti noodles
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. water
Method
- Boil noodles as directed.
- While noodles are cooking mix the following ingredients to form the meatballs:
- salt, egg, hamburger, crackers and onion flakes.
- Drop by teaspoonful into warm electric skillet (250 degrees).
- When meatballs are done drain off grease if necessary.
- To make the sauce combine the following ingredients: mustard, catsup, brown sugar, water and chili powder.
- When noodles are done, drain and put them in the skillet with the meatballs and then add the sauce mixture.
- Simmer until heated thoroughly.
