Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 3 saltine crackers
  • onion flakes (as many as you like)
  • 1 pound of spaghetti noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. water

Method

  • Boil noodles as directed.
  • While noodles are cooking mix the following ingredients to form the meatballs:
  • salt, egg, hamburger, crackers and onion flakes.
  • Drop by teaspoonful into warm electric skillet (250 degrees).
  • When meatballs are done drain off grease if necessary.
  • To make the sauce combine the following ingredients: mustard, catsup, brown sugar, water and chili powder.
  • When noodles are done, drain and put them in the skillet with the meatballs and then add the sauce mixture.
  • Simmer until heated thoroughly.
