Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. round steak
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- onion
- vegetable oil
Method
- Cut meat into serving size pieces.
- Roll pieces in flour.
- Fry in vegetable oil in pan until brown.
- Season with salt and pepper. Put meat in small roaster.
- Add flour to drippings in frypan to make gravy.
- Add water if not right consistency.
- Pour gravy over the meat pieces in the roaster.
- Slice 1 large onion and place in roaster.
- Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours and then serve.
