Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon, drained
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 slices bread, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and form into cakes.
- Fry in shortening.
