Ingredients
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
- 4 small green onions, chopped
- 1 round loaf rye or dark rye bread
Method
- Thaw spinach.
- Squeeze out water.
- Add mayonnaise, sour cream, water chestnuts, soup mix and green onions.
- Cut off top of bread and hollow out center of loaf.
- Place dip into hollowed out center. Place torn out bread pieces outside of the loaf.
